I photograph almost every day — often quietly, sometimes within the movement of public spaces in Singapore and Johor Bahru. I am less interested in peak moments than in what people carry: pauses, gestures, waiting, and the emotional weight that exists within ordinary scenes.
My work is grounded in attentive presence. Some days this means staying still and observing; on others, it means moving through busy environments while remaining receptive to what unfolds. I look for moments that feel contained rather than performed — when something real settles briefly into view.
Many of my photographs come from spaces in between: before and after action, during work, during waiting, or within everyday routines. These moments are not dramatic, but they hold meaning. I approach them with respect, allowing people and situations to remain intact rather than extracted for effect.
This site reflects an ongoing practice rather than a finished statement.
Thank you for visiting.
